We do everything we can to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with our work. We will work with each customer to resolve any warranty problems that may occur. Also, we currently hold a “Complaint Free” certificate from the BBB for the entire year of 2007 and look forward to our clean record for 2008!

All of our work carries a thirty day warranty and does not include factory defective parts. Sewer lines with evidence of breakage, misalignments, or roots are not covered under warranty. Sink drain lines not piped to state code are not covered under warranty. Customer assumes all liability and charges for work needed to restore plumbing to minimum code requirements and the wall or ceiling openings required to perform said work. As a matter of policy, refunds and or adjustments are made in the form of certificates towards future product or service purchases.
