Are you covered by insurance?
All of our workers are covered by Worker's Compensation insurance. We also carry an extensive liability insurance policy.

Do I need a permit for my job?
You may need a plumbing permit if you are changing the location of a fixture or are running new plumbing. You may need a building permit if you are moving walls (adding or deleting),changing the number of rooms, etc.

Who will get the permit for me?
We will work with you and any additional contractors to obtain all the necessary permits.

Are you licensed?
Yes H.T. Strenger is a full service plumbing contractor and we are licensed. Our license number is License #058-135641.

How long will my project take?
Once the design has been finalized, we can give you a good estimate of when we’ll finish your project. As a guideline, renovations take several weeks to several months depending on many factors including the level of detail, size and complexity of your project.

Do we need to sign a contract?
Yes, you should always have a written agreement between you and your contractor which outlines the scope of work, warrantees, timelines, budgets, liability etc. There needs to be a clear picture of what the contractor is providing.
